Star of Jesus Christ Superstar, Resumes Tour
Jenna Rubaii is currently starring as Mary Magdalene in the 50th Anniversary Tour of Jesus Christ Superstar. Jenna started performing in Entertainment Revue at age six, where she had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem for dozens of sports teams and for two U.S. Presidents. After twelve years in the group, she attended the University of Miami, where she holds a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre.
Jenna originated the role of “Joelle” in the original cast of the critically-acclaimed musical Groundhog Day on Broadway. She also originated the roles of “Extraordinary Girl” in the international tour of Green Day's American Idiot and “Stephanie Mangano” in the Asian tour of Saturday Night Fever, playing to sold-out houses in Chicago, Singapore, and London.
